Our London based client are seeking a driven and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT services to ensure they consistently meet and exceed their client expectations. This is a crucial role in driving client satisfaction and organisational growth.

You will have proven experience delivering exceptional client service along with leading and managing a team of service delivery professionals, including 1st line to 3rd line support engineers.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

Full Stack Developer

Are you an experienced Developer looking for a new and exciting challenge within a vastly expanding business in the Redhill are?

Working as part of the IT team, you will be responsible for the development and support of our clients web-based energy management portal and the various data feeds that bring data into the platform. This involves helping to Identify and develop solutions to both enhance the functionality to our users and improve the resilience / scalability that supports future growth. Join a dynamic team! Our client is in search of a seasoned and adept Senior Support Engineer to complement their skilled workforce. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in senior support roles within the IT sector, showcasing extensive expertise as the ultimate point of escalation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve computer software and hardware issues.
  • Proactively monitor backups, systems, and conduct regular tests for recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers to troubleshoot and coordinate hardware repairs.
  • Ensure proper control of all IT assets and adhere to correct software licensing.
  • Document changes and solutions following change control procedures.
  • Manage and maintain RMM tools effectively.
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software.
  • Provide project support and actively participate in projects.
  • Administer and maintain customer infrastructure, covering Active Directory, Azure AD, LAN, Internet access, firewalls, and Exchange/Office 365.
  • Install and configure cybersecurity software and hardware, such as Watchguard and Sophos.
