1st/2nd Line Support Engineer
Our client is an innovative, growing IT company based in Brighton. Due to continued success and an incredibly loyal client base, they are now looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
There is huge opportunity within this role for you to quickly progress your skills and technical knowledge. You will be working on the busy helpdesk dealing with a wide range of issues, and you will have the opportunity to progress into other roles and play a key role in IT projects a little further down the line. The sky is the limit with this role!
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working on a helpdesk, with experience and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, networking, anti-virus and backup solutions.
