This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist organization based in Redhill, with clients across the globe. You will be joining a team of Customer Support Advisors and working within a call-center environment, taking calls from customers an troubleshooting and providing technical support assistance on a range of systems and software, for which you will be provided with full training on.

 

The successful candidate will need to have a keen interest in learning about new products and systems, and full training will be provided on the specialist equipment. Previous experience within a technical support role is preferred, and excellent customer service skills are a must!

 

Please note that this role operates on a shift basis, with 12 hours shifts on a 4 on, 4 off basis. Please only apply for this role if you are happy to work on a shift basis! An additional payment of £2,000 per year will be paid as a shift allowance once you go permanent.
