Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and Implementing rules/files for customers using their in-house logical rules-writing computer language.
  • Becoming an expert in their in-house rules-writing language and helping to improve it by developing ever more sophisticated algorithms and techniques.
  • Contribute ideas to their growing portfolio of products and services.
  • Maintaining and correcting rules files in response to changing customer requirements.
  • Adhere to the company’s development and quality standards and style conventions.
  • Providing support for our customers by email and telephone.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate would have previous experience in coding or software development; preferably with an academic STEM qualification (but not essential)
  • A professional and consultative approach and attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player looking to take on more responsibility
  • The ability to use initiative, work autonomously and contribute ideas
  • A tenacity to learn and develop themselves in the role.
