2nd Line IT Support Engineer

My client is a well-established, boutique Managed Services Provider (IT Support Company / MSP) who provides a high level of support to a loyal client base. They are incredibly passionate about developing their business further and are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their well-established technical team.  


The role of the 2nd Line Support Engineer is varied and interesting. We are looking for a business minded individual with a strong technical skills set. It is vital that you have current or recent experience of working in an IT Support position within a Managed Services Provider (IT Support Company / MSP).


In return, you will play a key role in the future direction of a small but growing MSP. My client has a very low staff turnover, which is testament to the way they look after their staff! The working environment is fantastic, each and every staff member is valued and listened to and there is a huge amount of opportunity here as the business grows.
