The role involves working effectively within a small IT support team and playing a key role in the daily support services as well as managing client’s expectations. The client has big plans for the next few years and this is an exciting time to join them. This is a great opportunity for a technical candidate who is looking to play a key role in a growing business and have their voice heard.

 

Due to the nature of this role, it’s vital that you are a driver with a clean license and your own car, as occasional travel to (local) client sites will be required. Expenses are paid.

 

Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Experience of working for a Managed Services Provider (IT Support Company / MSP)
  • Hands-on 1st and 2nd line support experience.
  • Solid technical skills covering all IT infrastructure and Security (Virtualisation, Cloud, Office365, Azure, MS Office, Exchange, Networking etc).
  • Experience of working in a small, tight-knit team is preferred, with the ability to handle multiple tickets and take part in multiple, concurrent client projects.
