My client is a highly successful, dynamic and growing Telecoms success story. This Telecoms (Mobile, Voice and Data) specialist Company is continuing to expand and in line with on-going business success, they now seek an additional Telecoms Support Co-ordinator to work in the Provisioning Department based in the Whetstone office.

Are you an experienced telecoms support candidate with a customer services background in Telecoms? Do you have experience of providing support to customers over the telephone relating to broadband issues? Then we want to speak to you!

My client offers an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in a small team and to take responsibility for an incredibly varied and interesting role on a day to day basis.

In this key role the successful candidate will be responsible for -

  • Day to day management, co-ordination, administration, ordering and provisioning of Analogue Lines, ADSL. FTTC , Data Circuits, VOIP/Hosted Projects and additional works.
  • Using WLR 3 portals.
  • Taking calls, submitting orders (lines, CPS, ADSL, VOIP), logging faults, and building accounts for billing.
  • Providing customer support throughout the order process.
  • Work closely with the 'Billing' team.
  • Fault reporting on all products and services. (Broadband faults etc).

This will also involve -

  • Dealing with customers' orders from start to finish by e-mail and phone.
  • Resolving order process issues using your telecoms support knowledge.
  • Liaising with Suppliers and Engineers.
  • Providing 1st line support for ADSL/ FTTC / HOSTED/ Fibre Ethernet.
  • If necessary, escalating enquiries to engineers or suppliers via web portal / email/telephone.
  • Tracking all issues to a successful conclusion.
  • Processing equipment orders to suppliers and ordering new lines.
  • Maintain and develop company procedures

Over to you! The successful Telecoms Support Co-ordinator Will:

  • Have good experience in a similar Telecoms technical / customer support role.
  • Have experience on Telecoms platforms (WLR /Openreach, Ability Billing Platform, TALK TALK, Daisy Wholesale platform, Gamma Platform).
  • Be energetic in personal, written, and telephone interactions.
  • Have meticulous organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Be technically competent with the MS Office suite.
  • Have the ability to develop and document procedures and systems.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure.
