Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site, remote and email support
- Server Installations/Migrations
- Exchange Installations/Migrations
- Router & Firewall Installs
- Network diagnostics
- Take ownership of client requests and issues
- Ensure problems as queries are resolved within SLA and to the client’s satisfaction
- Diagnose and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues
The Successful IT Support Engineer must have:
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2019
- Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2019
- Microsoft Office Applications
- Networking, including Enterprise firewalls
- Virtualisation –VMware / Hyper-V
- Microsoft Technologies AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP
Desirable skills and experience:
- Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- FortiGate
- StorageSAN iSCSI
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Citrix Applications
- SQL
- Linux
- Cisco
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP) in vSphere
