  • At least one year in an IT Support position.
  • Love technology: especially Microsoft (Windows 8 & 10, Office 2013/2016 and Office365.) Apple, Antivirus, Networking and backup.
  • Have at least one MCP relating to IT Support and want to gain further certifications to advance your career.

What will your working week be like?

 

On a day to day basis, you will be providing excellent customer service to external clients, providing 1st Line Support. You will be acting as the first responder to incoming queries and escalating according to process. Being proactive will be a very important part of your working week, assisting on tasks relating to projects delegated by colleagues. Other duties include:

 

  • Troubleshoot problems by telephone, remote access and onsite visits.
  • Help improve company systems, procedures and knowledge.
  • Participate and contribute to as hoc and planned training.
  • System builds, configuration and installation (remote and onsite).
  • Solution and technical research and development for internal and client use.
  • Continuing studying and certifications, possibly as part of probation.
