Technical Engineer:

 

This is an extremely varied role specialising in the set up and ongoing support of all products. The role will be based from their office in Godstone but will also involve site visits and overnight stays.

 

You will be working with a team and be responsible for the initial programming and set up of new Access Control systems and then provide ongoing support.

The Technical Engineer Candidate:

 

The successful candidate will have:

 

  • Knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8)
  • Experience of supporting a range of hardware
  • Experience of (or a desire to) work on site in front of clients
  • Experience of PC builds, motherboards, CPUs, memory, disks etc.
  • Hands on experience of hardware and physical equipment

 

It would be nice if you had:

 

  • Networking experience
  • Experience of Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 and Microsoft Terminal Services
  • Knowledge of packages: Office, Outlook
  • Microsoft SQL experience
