Our Client:

 

Is one of the largest, fastest growing retailers in the UK. We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis, to work at their head office in Croydon and provide remote support to 100’s of locations across the UK.

 

This is an extremely varied and interesting role, covering all aspects of Infrastructure, from server issues, to till troubleshooting to iPad and Wi-Fi connectivity as well as IT projects. Sound interesting and something you would love to be a part of? Apply today!

 

Our Perfect Candidate Will Have the Following Skills and Experience:

 

  • MS Windows 7, NT Server, Server 2000, 2003, 2008 & 2012
  • MS Office 2010
  • Microsoft core services
  • HP & Dell storage, server and workstation
  • Experience with Hand-Held Terminals (HHT) – ideally
  • Mobile Device management (iPhone, iPad, blackberry, smartphone – ideally IOS Device knowledge)
  • Wireless network management
  • SQL
  • In addition, any knowledge of Retalix Storeline, Postillio, the Retek Platform, Beetle hardware, Service Now, Top Desk, MobileIron, E top-up processes and store credit card solutions would be a bonus!
