Established over 30 years ago, my client are a specialist insurance provider, with a number of different brands under their belt, meaning that the development work is varied and interesting. They are looking for an experienced PHP Developer to join their team on a permanent basis, to be responsible for the programming of key websites and new features.

 

The PHP Developer Role:

 

As a PHP Developer, your main responsibility is for the programming of a number of branded websites and the integration of the sites into various back-end systems and internal applications. This involves working closely with Website Developer to ensure the website and applications are built as specified.

 

Our Ideal PHP Developer Will Be:

 

  • Candidates must be fully conversant in PHP development / programming.
  • Candidates must be fully conversant with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, SOAP and XML.
  • In addition, knowledge of Web Hosting, SSL’s and C# would be preferred.

 

Over the past few years, our client have been bringing their digital marketing and development in-house, after many years of outsourcing these functions. They truly realise the value of this, and are keen to bring in a PHP Developer on a permanent basis, to work alongside their existing Web Developer, to deliver new developments and changes to existing developments.
