This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist organization based in Redhill, with clients across the globe. You will be joining a team of Technical Customer Support Advisors taking calls from customers an troubleshooting and providing technical support assistance on a range of systems and software, for which you will be provided with full training on.

 

The successful candidate will need to have a keen interest in learning about new products and systems, and full training will be provided on the specialist equipment. Previous experience within a technical or customer focused support role is preferred, and excellent customer service skills are a must!

 

Please note - the role operates on a shift basis which covers the hours of 7am – 10pm (with occasional night shift cover required), with 12 hours shifts on a 4 on, 4 off basis. Please only apply for this role if you are happy to work on a shift basis! An additional payment of £2,000 per year will be paid as a shift allowance.
