A specialist provider of technology and service solutions to the retail industry. Strong customer base with more than 100 customers with approximately 1,000 outlets, based predominantly in the UK and Ireland.

Do you have experience working within an IT Helpdesk Support role? If so, this a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic, innovative, and highly successful team in Southwest London.

Job Specification:

  • Helpdesk Analyst tasked with diagnosing incidents as logged by our clients
  • Providing User and Desktop support and troubleshooting
  • Liaising with clients on a daily basis, updating them on any incidents logged on the helpdesk
  • Record all entries into our CRM solution and maintain the database
  • Working closely together with the In-house IT team

Skills:

  • Helpdesk / service desk experience.
  • Helpdesk Analyst with good desktop support and desktop hardware experience.
  • Good knowledge of MS products (MS Office, Windows, User Management under AD).
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
