As a Software Test Manager, you will be tasked to manage the agile delivery of software systems and ensure excellent standard of software testing. To ensure all technology divisional objectives are met.

Responsibilities: 

  •          Planning, management, and delivery of technology projects through Agile methodology.
  •          Scheduling and facilitating demos, meetings, and decision-making processes.
  •          Co-ordinate and monitor product testing against agreed goals and objectives.
  •          Working in close collaboration with the Head of Development and Head of Delivery.
  •          Supervise testing team activities to ensure high quality and timely software testing.
  •          Devise test plans and document all tests carried out using Microsoft Test Manager.
  •          Software Test Manager will carry out testing of the website including penetration testing and load testing.

Competencies/Skills:

  •          Articulate, professional and clear verbal communication skills.
  •          Proactively share knowledge, skills and experience with others to increase team performance.
  • Comfortable with making decisions and problem-solving under pressure.
  • Software Test Manager will deliver a high volume of quality work on time.
  • Good listener; can understand the needs of customers and colleagues 

Technical Skills: 

  •          Software Test Manager will applyprevious testing experience.
  •          Apply knowledge of SQL server, Oracle and online web systems.
  •          Keep up to date with advances in business area, new methods and ways of working.
  •          Confident and accurate use of departmental computer systems/databases.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
