Are you a passionate, well-presented Infrastructure Support Analyst with experience of working in a corporate environment? 

Our client is seeking an individual with a desire to learn and take ownership of new technologies. The Senior Infrastructure Analyst will assist the infrastructure team in all areas of Infrastructure support including hardware, software, systems and servers.

What will your working week be like?

Our client is undergoing a transition from on-prem to the Cloud. This role will support their current infrastructure and to assist the UK and International regions on various Infrastructure projects, partnering with vendors and local IT resources in our regional offices.

The successful candidate will enjoy the challenge and reward of a dynamic working environment, and will be a flexible team player - capable of working under their own initiative as well as making a fresh and positive contribution to the Infrastructure team.

  • Supporting the UK/Europe offices, with additional advisory and support work to Lockton's

other International offices.

  • Delivering training on products to sectors of the business, and presenting to small groups.
  • Assisting in the planning of the long-term Technology strategy as well as drive forward

existing initiatives.

  • Managing third party support contracts and negotiate with new providers to ensure a high

level of service and performance.

Offering an agile working environment, with a minimum of 3 days per week to be based in the London office, with flexibility based on the work at hand. Occasional travel to the UK regional and European offices will be required.

Do you have the desired skills to be considered?

  • Experience supporting Vendors such as Microsoft, Citrix, Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto etc.
  • BAU, Project and Implementation
  • Cisco Knowledge CCNP preferred (minimum of Networking & Security)
  • Excellent knowledge of network environments
  • (routing/switching/VLANS/Security/Wireless/etc).
  • Viptela SD-WAN
  • MPLS
  • Accreditation in the above area’s would be an advantage to the successful candidate
  • Exposure to Azure cloud technologies.
  • Experience working in a Network support team
  • ITIL – Foundation
  • Knowledge of WAN technologies and troubleshooting WAN connectivity issues
  • Knowledge of network monitoring software platforms such as SolarWinds/SIEM
  • Excellent all-round troubleshooting skills
  • Experience of working on site and travel to local and international offices
  • Manage third party contracts and suppliers
  • Identify solution enhancements
  • Support and communicate with management and associates at all levels
