With a fantastic reputation within the industry, my client specialises in providing bespoke technology solutions to a variety of clients across London and the South East. They are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team, to provide remote support to their clients.
The role will involve some travelling to local client sites, but the majority of the role will be to provide remote telephone support covering but not limited to the following;
- Networking (Cisco, Palo Alto would be an advantage)
- Server 2012 R2, 2016, WVD
- Azure experience (ideally)
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Apple Mac
Salary: £32,000 to £38,000 depending on experience
Hours: Helpdesk is open 08:00 to 18:30 – hours will vary depending on business needs
Location: London, EC3A – majority of which will be home based working
Benefits: 22 days holiday, standard pension, overtime available
Working within this established and growing business, you will be joining a small team of IT experts, offering full IT support to all their clients.
