What will your working week be like?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team of specialists. You will be joining a team of Technical Customer Support Advisors taking calls from customers, troubleshooting and providing technical support assistance on a range of systems and software, for which you will be provided with full training on.


The successful candidate will need to have a keen interest in learning about new products and systems, and full training will be provided on the specialist equipment. Previous experience within a technical or customer focused support role is preferred, and excellent customer service skills are a must!


The following experience could make you an ideal applicant:


  • Experience working in a role where there has been demonstrable experience in dealing directly with enquiries and issues from multiple customers
  • Experience working on an IT / Helpdesk or in a Call Centre would be desirable and advantageous, but isn’t essential
  • Keen interest and desire in technology
  • Excellent communicator able to liaise with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work through problems with customers achieving positive outcomes
  • Able to prioritise work and triage support calls
  • Willingness to learn coupled with a ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment


Please note - the role operates on a shift basis which covers the hours of 7am – 10pm (e.g. 7am-7pm, 8am-8pm etc.) with 12 hours shifts on a 4 on, 4 off basis. Please only apply for this role if you are happy to work on a shift basis! An additional payment of £2,000 per year will be paid as a shift allowance.
