The Role


This position will support new developments within the company and provide initial support to clients calling in regarding their application.  You will be provided with initial training and will become the expert on the new product!

You will take initial calls from clients and understand the query, providing support where you can.  Escalated calls must be logged correctly and clients updated within Service Level Agreements.

As this is a new position within the company you will be responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation and communicating this across the business.  You will also implement and process or system improvements and support other activities to provide the highest standard of client care.


Over to you….


You will already have experience within an office based customer service role and be able to transfer your strong communication and organisation skills to this new role.  An interest in IT would be highly advantageous and a good working knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel is essential.

You should be a natural organiser, have strong attention to details and be able to resolve problems.
