This is the ideal role for an individual with some live experience in providing both 1st and 2nd line IT support and project delivery within an MSP environment or as a member of an internal IT support team looking for their next step. You should be passionate about providing exemplary customer service.


  • IT Support / Onsite Support Engineer tasked to manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure.
  • To ensure service level agreement standards are met.
  • To promptly complete any admin paperwork and documentation.
  • Keep accurate records of all site information using IT Service Management tools.

Essential Skills:

  • Good communication skills – written and verbal.
  • IT Support / Onsite Support Engineer with a strong appreciation for customer service.
  • You will have a passion for IT and learning.
  • Active Directory, Windows Server, O365 Admin, Google Admin Suite.
  • Comfortable working and delivering towards SLAs.
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical troubleshooting and fault finding.


  • Experience of Intune would be desirable.
  • Candidate with previous education experience would be advantageous.

Employment will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
