The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be approachable and used to discussing concepts, helping, or aiding other people in the team – being a real team player is critical.   You will be joining a small team of highly skilled individuals working on a new product from the early stages of development. In this role, you should have proven experience of React front end programming using Hooks, a passion for technology, code quality and best practices.

Offering a competitive salary of £50,000 to £60,000 plus benefits and working form their head office in Eastleigh, you will need to hold the following technical skills to be considered:

Are you the idea candidate for this role?

Our Client are looking for a Full Stack Developer, who can hit the ground running within a team of 6 -10 people. They are seeking a candidate who has true technical exposure and a genuine passion for technology.

You will have a programmatic approach to process improvements (an experienced agile developer), someone that can quickly pick up a modern green field project in its infancy, understand the structures of a modern web application and contribute to the project. The ideal candidate will work in a fast paced environment, accurately and follow patterns in place, and possess a pragmatic approach to design and process.
