Our client, a leading charity, who have been in operation for in excess of 50 years are looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their proactive IT team of 4.

 

Supporting a team of around 60 users both remotely and office based, suitable candidates will be motivated, self-starters who can demonstrate project work alongside desktop support. Working on a ticketing system (TOPdesk), the role will be varied in terms of requests; candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to thin outside the box.

 

 

The Successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will have;

 

  • Solid experience in a 2nd Line Support position within a Service Desk Environment
  • Experience of working with SLA’s, KPI’s
  • Windows 10
  • Windows Server 2012 R2 upwards
  • Virtualised Environment (VMware 6.5)
  • Backup (Veeam)
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365 Admin and support
  • DHCP/DNS
  • IP Telephony Admin (8x8)
  • WSUS
  • Group Policy
  • Antivirus
  • Network Printer support
  • MDM
  • Laptop, Desktop, Mobile build, configuration and support
