Now looking to recruit an Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide a white glove service to all users including the Senior Leadership Team; the successful candidate will be passionate about working for them and for building a career within their global organisation.

As a Support Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance. You should have detailed knowledge and understanding of Incident, Problem and Service Request management processes.

You should also have solid experience in IT Service Desk environment and working in a technical customer facing role. We are looking for a candidate with a smart and friendly attitude and experience gained within highly corporate environments. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced in-house support team who provide technical support across the business.

 

Experience Required for the Infrastructure Support Engineer role:

Meeting room support, video conferencing (Cisco Webex)

Citrix end user setup (must have a good understanding of back end)

Strong Windows 10 desktop support

Excellent customer service / client facing skills – as important as the technical requirements! The successful candidate will have experience in a corporate office environment with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of user including VIP’s.

 

Additional Technical Skills Preferred:

Office 365

ITIL knowledge / qualifications preferred

Remote Support - TeamViewer or other

Mobile Phone set up using Air watch/(MDM)

Cisco Desk phones with Jabber

Secure Printing

Windows Bit Locker or equivalent

New Starters including desk set-ups

Laptop/Desktop support and imaging tools for Laptops/PC’s

Exposure to Apple Mac’s

Windows File structure Backups

Microsoft Exchange

Active Directory administration & Group Policies

LAN/WAN/WI-FI fundamentals

Service Desk Tools for day to day incidents/tasks.
