My client is looking to expand their existing support team, to accommodate the growth of their business. They’re an award winning digital media agency that work with many big commercial and retail clients. Some of which include; Tesco, Waitrose, L’Oréal, Argos, Thomas Cook and Screwfix.

 

They strive to deliver excellence and an unrivalled level of service and support to their clients, helping them plan, design, build and manage their digital media content. This role will ideally be suited to somebody looking for their first permanent helpdesk role.

 

So over to you…

 

You will be provided with full training on their specific hardware, configurations, processes and techniques, but should understand the facility of a remote support desk.

 

Responsibilities/Skills required:

 

  • You will be responsible for being involved with taking direct calls from clients.
  • Pro-actively troubleshoot issues.
  • Resolve problems and identify root causes, all within the ticket management framework.
  • Knowledge of PC Hardware configuration.
  • Windows XP through to 7.
  • An eye for detail and a thorough, quality centred approach.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
