Client Services Analyst

£175 - £225 per day DOE

4-month contract

A global leader in providing financial data and analysis with customers spanning almost every industry, our client develops large scale technology platforms and enterprise software.

They are seeking a Client Services Analyst to assist with the implementation of specific functionalities on their onboarding financial services platform.  A surge in new clients means they need a contractor on a 4-month basis to assist.

The client is offering training and the opportunity to gain expertise of the onboarding process between large investment management companies and broker dealers.

Key responsibilities:

• Hold client calls
• Project management to ensure smooth implementation
• Reconcile account data
• Set up of different environments

The successful Client Services Analyst will have:

• Excellent client service skills
• Solid Excel skills, the ability to perform a VLookup and an If statement very beneficial
• A fantastic attitude
• A willingness to learn
