We need a technically competent and enthusiastic .NET Programmer to join a strong Brighton based development team designing and creating innovative enterprise systems for the publishing industry; handling new requirements around e-Books, digital products, royalty management and educational publishing.

The Developer Duties:

 

Your role will include

 

  • Building brand new, bespoke and complex systems
  • Adding new functionality to existing enterprise suite of software
  • Undertaking a variety of systems analysis
  • Integration activities with some of the world's leading global publishers

 

You will be a key member of a team, however an ability to work independently within tight deadlines is also very important.

 

The Developer Candidate:

 

You will have a good knowledge of .NET and SQL and experience in systems analysis and integration. An eye for good screen layout and design is important and candidates should be comfortable working with object-orientated programming methods and have a deep understanding of how various HTML-based technologies work.

 

  • NET - VB or C#
  • MS SQL Server
  • MVC / Angular Frameworks
  • XML and AJAX
  • JavaScript
  • IIS and Windows Server, although not essential, would be advantageous
