The Technical Support Advisor Role:

Is working for a hugely successful and corporate organisation based in Crawley who are looking for an IT Support Advisor to join their growing team. This client can offer a proven career path.

As an IT Technical Support Advisor you will be required to:

Answer telephone calls and e-mails in a confident and professional manner.
To generate and maintain a technical product library for a wide range of technical products.
To advise and select the clients products to meet all customers’ requirements.
To provide technical and electrical advise to customers regarding installation of the clients’ specific products.

The Technical Support Advisor will have:

Excellent customer service skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Computer literate with the ability to learn
Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word etc)
Degree educated

I am keen to speak with anyone with an interest in engineering, electrical or has an interest in these specific ventilation products!
