As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing customer facing solutions via onsite visits and telephone/remote support.

 

The successful candidate will be based in our office in Reigate/London, though would be expected, when required to travel to clients’ sites. Therefore, a full, clean driving licence is essential.

 

IT Support Engineer Responsibilities Key-Skills:

 

  • Experienced Support Desk Engineer
  • Office 365 including Azure and security experience
  • Mac OS and Hardware Experience
  • Windows Server 2012 R2 and above experience inc. Active directory and Group Policy
  • Hyper-V and Virtualisation Experience
  • Windows Desktop OS Experience
  • Solid Networking Experience (TCP/IP, Firewalls and V-Lan’s)
  • On-Premise Microsoft Exchange experience
