YourRecruit are currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to work for market leading private motor group who have been in business for over 70 years.

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 (DOE and Skill Set)

Location: Thornton Heath

Start: Immediately

Our client, a leading private motor group who are based across south London and the home counties, are currently looking to recruit an IT Support Engineer who will provide IT Support to internal users.

The ideal candidate will have gained strong experience within the IT Engineer field, and preferably from working 1st/2nd line IT Support. You will be a helpful, skilled IT Support Engineer, looking to resolve problems with a methodical, organised and accurate approach.

A strong work ethic and desire to work in this field of work will be key, as progression is offered to successful IT Support Engineers as my client has exciting expansion plans and is looking for a like-minded individual to join their team for the long-term.

Requirements for IT Support Engineer Role:

  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Windows Server 2016
  • Automotive Industry exposure
  • Keyloop Autoline (Kerridge) DMS
  • Previous IT support role
  • A passion for all things IT related
  • A real ability to multi-task and juggle priorities
  • A keen sense of how to provide excellent customer service
  • A good understanding of the following is desirable: Network, Hardware, Software, Servers, PC, Laptop, Printers, Routers and Switches, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Security, VOIP, Telephony, Disaster Recovery, Windows, Office, Automotive Industry

Hours:

Monday to Thursday – 09:00 to 17:00 with an early finish Friday 09:00 to 16:00
